Could there be an early Christmas present just around the corner for the Minnesota Timberwolves?
Spanish God, Ricky Rubio, was cleared this morning for full contact practice by medical officials. This signifies the last major milestone faced by Rubio on his comeback from torn ligaments in his knees, suffered during a March 9 game against the Lakers.
Life is good!

You’re damn right Ricky, it just got a whole lot better. Wolves president David Kahn, and coach Rick Adelman, have issued caution with the young super star, constantly reiterating that they will not rush him back, and take it on a practice to practice and then game to game basis. However, this news is sure to give the team a much needed boost heading into the festive season, and it might even send a few fantasy owners scrambling to the waiver wires.
All we know is that it cant come soon enough, to see the young Spanish leader back out on the hardwood dishing those magnificent assists we started to become accustomed to last year, before the always evil Black Mamba took it all away from the Twin Cities. But dont be scared kids… our hero is almost back.
